NALTOVI RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We offer a 30-day return window beginning on the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, dietary supplements and other ingestible products must be unopened, unused, in their original sealed packaging, and in the same condition in which they were received. You must also provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

To request a return, contact us at hello@naltovi.com before sending any product back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted. Return instructions and the applicable return address will be provided after your request is approved.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us promptly at hello@naltovi.com if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photographs so we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used dietary supplements, products with broken or missing seals, or items that are not in their original condition. Gift cards and final-sale items are also non-returnable.

RETURN SHIPPING

NALTOVI provides free return shipping for approved returns within the United States. Customers must contact hello@naltovi.com before returning an item to receive authorization and return instructions. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

REFUNDS

We will inspect your return after receiving it. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.

CANCELLATIONS

Customers may request cancellation of an unfulfilled order within one hour after placing it. After the one-hour cancellation window, contact hello@naltovi.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has been processed or shipped.
